Key Responsibilities:

➡️Making outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims.

➡️Resolve issues related to claim denials and delays.

➡️Negotiate and secure payment arrangements with insurance representatives.

➡️Update billing systems with the status of each account.

➡️Analyze trends in claims processing and denials to prevent future issues.

➡️Provide feedback and recommendations to improve processes.

➡️Maintain accurate records of all communications and follow-up actions.

Skills Required:

➡️Good communication skills in English (spoken & written).

➡️Basic understanding of US healthcare or willingness to learn.

➡️Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

➡️10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, Any Degree

➡️Freshers or candidates with up to 5 year of experience in AR Calling/Medical Billing.

Note: Continuous Night Shift - No Cab Facilities - 5 Days Working
