Job Description – AR Analyst Cum Caller (Voice Process) Job Title: AR Analyst Cum Caller – Voice Process Location: KL Towers, Ayapakkam, Chennai - 77 Industry: Medical Billing Shift: Night Shift (Monday – Friday) Nature of Work: Inbound & Outbound Calls + Non-Voice Process Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC (Negotiable for the right candidate) Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated AR Analyst Cum Caller to manage accounts receivable (AR), denial management, and insurance-related queries within the medical billing process. The role involves making inbound and outbound calls to insurance providers to resolve claims, verifying insurance details, and ensuring timely follow-ups for reimbursements. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and prior experience in international voice processes. Key Responsibilities: • Run AR Aging Reports and work on outstanding AR as per the monthly billing cycle. • Handle denial management – Analyze, resolve, and follow up on denied claims to ensure reimbursement. • Make inbound and outbound calls to insurance companies regarding claim status, payments, and denials. • Verify patient insurance details, including eligibility checks and prior authorization confirmation. • Monitor charges billed vs. reimbursement received to ensure financial accuracy. • Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate records of claim follow-ups. • Route calls to appropriate departments when required. • Maintain professionalism and adhere to compliance standards in all interactions. Candidate Requirements: ✔ Education: Graduate or equivalent. ✔ Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an international voice process (preferably in medical billing, AR, or insurance claims). ✔ Skills & Competencies: • Strong understanding of medical billing, AR, and denial management. • Excellent English communication with a neutral accent. • Basic computer skills and proficiency in medical billing software. • Good analytical skills for identifying claim issues and resolutions. • Strong typing skills and attention to detail for documentation. • Professional, punctual, and able to work independently.
