We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Back Office Assistant to become a valuable part of our team for Careergate Solutions based in Mumbai, located at Thane (East). The role offers ₹12000 - ₹16000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to BPO. Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with fresher years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in any language. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A Graduate is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
