We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Bpo Team Leader to become a valuable part of our team for Fast And Direct Services based in Mumbai, located at Ghansoli. The role offers ₹20000 - ₹38000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to BPO. Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 0.5 - 2 years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in any language. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A 12th Pass is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
