Lead, supervise, and support a team of field workers / volunteers / program associates.
Plan and execute daily/weekly outreach or program activities as per project goals.
Ensure the team meets targets related to community engagement, awareness drives, or beneficiary onboarding.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback, motivation, and necessary training.
Act as a point of contact between the team and program manager / higher authorities.
Ensure documentation, reporting, and data collection is completed accurately and on time.
Foster a culture of empathy, accountability, and impact-focused action within the team.
Liaise with community stakeholders, local authorities, and partners when needed
