Job Overview:

We are looking for dedicated BPO Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will handle inbound or outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced, dynamic BPO environment. You will be responsible for addressing customer concerns, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting performance goals and company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and messages, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, or requests.

• Provide accurate, timely, and effective information to customers regarding products, services, billing, technical support, or account issues.

• Resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, while adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Maintain knowledge of the company’s products, services, and current promotions.

• Record detailed and accurate interactions in the company’s CRM or ticketing system.

• Process orders, refunds, exchanges, or account changes as needed.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets such as call volume, quality standards, and customer satisfaction scores.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

• Escalate issues to supervisors or team leads when necessary.

• Stay updated with new product knowledge, processes, and company changes.

• Provide feedback on recurring issues or areas of improvement to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Previous experience in a customer service or BPO role is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and positive attitude.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in computer applications and ability to learn new software tools quickly.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the business needs.

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a BPO environment or call center.

• Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems.

• Ability to speak multiple languages (e.g., English, Spanish, etc.) is a plus.

• Knowledge of industry-specific terms and protocols (if relevant to the client or product).
