We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated BPO Telecaller to become a valuable part of our team for Fast And Direct Services based in Mumbai, located at Vashi. The role offers ₹13000 - ₹21000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Loan/ Credit Card. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A 10th Pass is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
