Business Development Executive

Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team and drive business growth for our Digital Marketing & Advertising Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering our comprehensive digital marketing solutions, including SEO, social media marketing, PPC, branding, and advertising services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling,  and market research.

2. Meet with potential clients to understand their business objectives and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.

3. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing promotional campaigns and initiatives.
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively negotiating and closing deals.
6. Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
7. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.
8. Provide actionable client feedback to the internal team to enhance service delivery and meet client expectations.

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within digital marketing, advertising, or media sales.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
3. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
4. Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, branding, and digital advertising is a plus.
5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
6. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and explore new opportunities.
7. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
8. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
