Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: As a Business Development Officer at Cover Canvas HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and promoting our HR and recruitment services.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their hiring and training needs.Present and promote Cover Canvas HR Solutions’ services to prospective clients.Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.Prepare proposals, presentations, and business plans tailored to client needs.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.Track and report on business development activities and results.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in client engagement.Knowledge of the HR and recruitment sector is a plus.
