Job Summary: The BPO Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining thorough documentation of interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or a BPO environment is preferred.
