Key Responsibilities:
Call Audit on Daily Basis.
Address caller queries, resolve concerns, and manage complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.

Job Requirements:
This role welcomes experienced candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the Quality Analyst field. The candidate should have good communication skills and be proficient in English and Hindi. You will be responsible for addressing caller queries, solving complaints, and escalating complex issues when necessary. This position requires minimum graduate candidate, and the candidate should be comfortable working from Monday to Saturday in Day Shift (9:30 Am to 6:30 Pm) with fixed Sunday off.
