We are looking for a proactive CRM Executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage customer interactions, enhance satisfaction, and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali and a customer-centric approach.
Courier Management: Handle outgoing and incoming courier communications, including dispatch details and delivery confirmations.
Customer Handling: Manage feedback forms, follow up with merchants, and compile monthly customer satisfaction reports.
Marketing Support: Engage with NBD customers, send greetings, and coordinate marketing materials with the design team.
CRM Tool Management: Maintain and update CRM tools for optimal performance.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali
