Inform customers about product & services
Handle inbound & outbound calls
Understand customer's need & solve queries

Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers via phone to collect outstanding payments for loans or services.
Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely payment and recovery of overdue amounts.
Negotiate payment arrangements and schedules with customers while adhering to company policies.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and payment plans in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly recovery targets set by the management.
Provide excellent customer service to resolve queries or concerns related to overdue payments.
Escalate unresolved cases to the relevant team as per company guidelines.
Qualifications:
Minimum Experience: 6 months in collection/recovery (mandatory).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with a customer-centric approach.
Familiarity with basic computer operations and CRM systems is preferred.
Compensation:
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹14,000 per month (based on experience).
