Job Title: Tele Collection Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Collection Executive to join our team. As a Tele Collection Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to collect outstanding payments, resolve billing issues, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and meet or exceed collection rate targets.Key Responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to collect outstanding payments.2. Collect payments and process transactions.3. Communicate with customers via phone calls.4.
