Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Customer Success & Collections Executive to manage customer relationships, ensure timely payments, and assist customers in resolving queries. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil and Malayalam, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable handling customer interactions, including collections.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Customer Success & Support:

Build strong relationships with customers and assist them in using Bimapay’s services effectively.

Address customer queries, complaints, and concerns via phone, email, or chat.

Provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

✅ Collections & Payment Follow-ups:

Follow up with customers for outstanding payments in a professional and customer-friendly manner.

Explain payment terms, due dates, and consequences of non-payment while maintaining a positive relationship.

Identify payment issues and provide solutions to avoid default.

✅ Data Management & Reporting:

Maintain records of customer interactions and collections efforts.

Provide regular reports on collection status and customer feedback.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and payment recovery.

Key Skills & Requirements:

✔️ Languages: Fluency in Tamil & Malayalam (Mandatory)

✔️ Experience: 6 months - 3 years in customer support, collections, or a similar role.

✔️ Education: Any graduate or diploma holder.

✔️ Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

✔️ Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.

✔️ Basic knowledge of financial services, insurance, or fintech is a plus.

✔️ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
