Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and recovery of overdue payments. Negotiate and set up payment plans as needed, in line with company policies. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, commitments, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Follow up consistently on payment commitments to ensure collections are completed within defined timelines.Identify and escalate problematic accounts or disputes to the appropriate department.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for collections and call metrics.Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal collection procedures.Provide feedback and insights from customers to help improve collection strategies.
