Role Overview:
Are you a people person with a flair for communication? Join our dynamic Customer Support team where you will handle both voice and non-voice processes, assist customers, resolve queries, and provide an excellent support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls and chat support for domestic clients
Understand customer queries and provide quick, effective solutions
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
Ensure customer satisfaction with a polite and helpful approach
Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Languages: English + any one regional language (Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu)
Education: Minimum 12th Pass
Age: 18 to 30 years
Experience: Both Fresher and Experienced candidates are welcome
Skills:
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
