• Ensure all queries are acknowledged within a defined SLA (e.g., within 24 hours).
🧠 Lead Qualification
• Assess enquiries to determine seriousness and potential.
• Identify customer needs – blower type, application, quantity, and urgency.
📦 Product Information Sharing
• Provide accurate product details, including specifications, pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Share catalogs, datasheets, and technical documentation as required.
🗃️ CRM & Record Maintenance
• Log all enquiries in the CRM system with appropriate tags and follow-up notes.
🤝 Coordination with Sales & Technical Teams
• Forward qualified leads to the sales team.
• Involve technical experts for custom solutions or detailed product discussions.
🔄 Follow-up & Feedback
• Ensure timely follow-ups on open enquiries.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our services.
