🔹 Key Responsibilities: Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to provide support Provide information about products and services Resolve customer queries and follow up on pending issues Record customer feedback and prepare reports Maintain professional communication and positive customer relations Update customer information in CRM systems🔹 Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (as per company policy)Experience in Customer Service or a CSE Certificate is mandatory/preferredExcellent communication skills in Hindi and EnglishProficiency in basic computer operations (MS Office, CRM software, etc.)🔹 Experience:At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Care or Customer ServiceFreshers can apply if they possess a Customer Service Certificate or similar qualifications🔹 Preferred Skills:Patience and strong problem-solving skillsTarget-oriented mindsetAbility to work well within a teamAbility to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
