Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team at NEET Support. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents, providing excellent support and guidance throughout their NEET journey. This role requires excellent communication skills, , empathy, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to address student and parent inquiries about NEET preparation, counselling, and services offered by NEET Support.
• Guidance and Support: Provide detailed information on application processes, counselling sessions, rank prediction, and other offerings.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and effectively
. • Follow-ups: Maintain follow-ups with students and parents to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
• Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction
• Collaboration: Work closely with the counselling and business development teams to address complex queries or escalate cases when required.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Graduates from Education or Communication backgrounds preferred).
• Experience: Fresher to 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the education or EdTech industry.
Preferred Skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
• Familiarity with NEET exams or the education sector is a plus.
