Job Overview- CSM – Customer Service Representatives We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Services team. Your primary role is to provide assistance to our clients through phone calls. You are responsible for answering their queries efficiently and in a timely manner. You will provide all the necessary information to the clients while adhering to our company policy and procedures. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills to handle all types of customers. In addition to this, you should have proficient knowledge of our company’s policy and services.
