Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Digital Interaction Advisor (Male Candidates Only). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support service to our clients, handling queries and complaints, and ensuring that user satisfaction is maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities: ● Responding promptly to user inquiries via email. ● Investigating and resolving user complaints and issues. ● Keeping accurate records of user interactions and transactions. ● Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. ● Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. ● Contributing to team effort by acProviding feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. ● Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Qualifications: ● Graduate in any discipline or equivalent ● Strong verbal and written communication skills. ● Excellent problem-solving skills. ● Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations. ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ● Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers/laptops. ● Customer service experience is a plus.
