Scope of Work: Agents will handle calls from Flipkart (FK) sellers, ensuring effective communication and resolution of their concerns. All agents must fluently speak, write, and comprehend English and Hindi.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Excellent communication in English.

2. Graduation is mandatory.

3. Minimum 1 year of documented experience in any customer service field (BPO, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Aviation, or Counseling).

4. Six days working with rotational off.

5. Immediate joining required.

6. Paid training – mandatory to clear certification post-training.
