Salary:
Freshers: ₹18,000 CTC (In-hand: ₹14,000)
Experienced Candidates: ₹23,000 CTC (In-hand: ₹19,000)

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries and issues through both chat (80%) and voice support (20%).
Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and effectively resolve concerns.
Maintain a professional and courteous communication style in both English and Hindi.
Accurately record customer interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Adapt to various customer interactions and handle them efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Skills: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, clear speaking voice, and ability to pass Versant-4 or an equivalent assessment.
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
Versant Score: A score of 4 on the Versant test is required.
