Job Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.

• Communication: Excellent written communication skills (Email & Chat). Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer issues and offer appropriate solutions.

• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.
