Adapt to changes and continuously learn new skills. Be knowledgeable about the mall, its brands, and ongoing activities. Maintain a professional approach when dealing with customers. Handle customer complaints promptly. Ensure cleanliness of restrooms and floors. Oversee parking area maintenance and ensure staff is trained to handle vehicles. Provide support to other departments as needed. Follow all company rules and policies. Collect and analyze customer feedback. Follow operations audit calendar and create action plans for improvement. Brief agency staff before shifts and conduct interdepartmental meetings for smooth operations. Train outsourced staff on grooming, mall FAQ, and communication skills.
