We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, provide resolutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
Follow company guidelines and maintain quality standards in customer interactions.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
Adhere to the assigned work schedule and be flexible with shifts.
Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a domestic voice process or customer service. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Language Skills: Proficiency in [English, Hindi, and/or regional language].
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Soft Skills: Good communication, active listening, problem-solving, and patience.
Shift Timing: Day shifts
