Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Executive (Voice Process), you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing information about products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or policies.

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently.

• Maintain customer records and update databases.

• Follow company scripts, protocols, and quality standards.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department when necessary.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets (if applicable).

• Ensure excellent communication and customer service skills at all times.

Key Requirements:

✅ Education: Minimum / Graduate in any field.
✅ Experience: 6 month to 2 year ( fresher also can apply )
✅ Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English & [Other Required Language].

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Strong problem-solving and listening skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and multi-task.

• Good typing speed (if chat support is also included).
