Job Overview:
The Floor/Showroom Manager will oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and leading the sales team. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining brand standards.
Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions.
Organize training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
Customer Service Excellence:
Ensure a top-tier customer experience, addressing all inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
Cultivate customer loyalty by building strong, lasting relationships and offering personalized service.
Maintain a welcoming environment, ensuring customers feel valued and appreciated.
Sales & Operations:
Monitor and analyze daily sales performance to identify trends and areas of opportunity.
Implement sales strategies and promotions to attract and retain customers, boosting sales and conversion rates.
Oversee POS operations, ensuring smooth transactions and payment processing.
Ensure proper handling of cash and inventory controls.
Visual Merchandising:
Maintain visually appealing and organized displays that meet the brand’s merchandising standards.
Update displays in line with seasonal trends, promotions, and new product launches.
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing at all times.
Inventory Management:
Manage inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
Conduct regular stock audits and ensure that inventory records are accurate.
Implement strategies to manage slow-moving stock, reducing discrepancies and losses.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of products, industry trends, and brand ethos is preferred.
