A CCM, or Customer Care Manager, in the automobile industry is responsible for customer care activities. This includes handling customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating customer follow-up.
Responsibilities
Resolve customer complaints and coordinate factory assistance
Ensure new vehicles are prepared for delivery
Help deliver new and used vehicles
Inform customers of warranty details, maintenance schedules, and vehicle features
Schedule and confirm service appointments
Prepare monthly reports on customer satisfaction
Discuss customer satisfaction with the general manager and department managers
Qualifications Good communication skills, Customer handling experience, and Automobile dealership CCM work experience.
