• Provide timely, accurate, and effective responses to customer queries and concerns.

• Troubleshoot technical or product-related issues, escalating when necessary.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and providing appropriate solutions.

• Document and track customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.

• Educate customers about product features, services, and troubleshooting steps.

• Maintain a professional, positive, and patient attitude, even in challenging situations.

• Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time, issue resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• graduation

• Proven experience in customer service or support (1-2 years preferred).

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with customer support software, CRMs, or help desk tools is a plus.

• Multitasking and time management skills.

• Empathy and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
