Roles & Responsibilities :
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about our debt management services.
• Assist clients in understanding the debt management process and available options.
• Work with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for enrollment in debt management process.
• Collaborate with other departments to address client concerns and resolve issues effectively
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Continuously strive to improve customer support processes and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies when interacting with clients.
Candidate requirements:
• Undergraduate / Graduate
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Should be able to speak English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Prior experience in customer support or a related field.
• Candidates from any industry are preferable.
