Inform customers about product & services
Handle inbound & outbound calls
Understand customer's need & solve queries

Process: ALTICE IB( US INBOUND VOICE PROCESS)

Qualification HSC with 6 months BPO/Graduate Freshers/Graduate experience.

Job Location: Airoli

US Shift Time 5PM - 10AM (Any 9 hours)

Week Off- 5 days working with any 2 days rotational off.

Salary 18,150/- Inhand + 4000 night allowance = 22,150/- including night shift allowance.

Age Criteria:-21 till 32 Years

Rounds of Interview HR, Aptitude test, Versant and Operations.

Transportation= Home Pickup and Home Drop Available.
