Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in CRM, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively. As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, handling feedback, and supporting sales and marketing efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Courier Management:
· Automate and manage all outgoing courier emails, including detailed dispatch information.
· Send outgoing courier delivery confirmation emails along with customer feedback forms.
· Handle incoming courier delivery confirmation emails with listed contents.

2. Customer Handling:
· Send monthly customer feedback forms and follow up to ensure completion.
· Follow up with merchants for weekly tracker emails to be sent to customers.
· Ensure customer feedback form fill-up by customers for all deliveries in accordance with defined timelines.
· Compile and present comprehensive monthly reports on customer satisfaction surveys.
· Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction.
3. Sales and Marketing Support:
· Assist the manager in creating marketing campaigns and creatives for the New Business Development (NBD) customer list.
· Follow up with NBD customers on a weekly basis.
· Send out greetings as per defined timelines.
· Coordinate with the graphics department for creatives and other related works.

4. CRM Tool Management:
· Set up, update, and maintain the CRM tool to ensure it meets the company’s needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Polite and Pleasant Disposition: Exhibit a polite and pleasant demeanor with a proactive attitude.
· Follow-Up Ability: Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous follow-ups with customers and merchants.
· Communication Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali.
· Confidence in Communication: Ability to confidently deal with and communicate with colleagues and customers/clients.
· Situational Awareness: Ability to understand different circumstances and act accordingly.
· Availability: Must be available for calls almost always.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other field.
· 1-3 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
