Roles and Responsibilities
Establish and nurture positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide expert guidance on personal loan products, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms.
Assist clients in the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Cross-sell and upsell other financial products and services to existing clients.
Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have at least 1 year - 5 years of telesales experience in Personal loan division of any bank/NBFC or any other DSA
Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.A / B.Com).
Should have good command over English and Hindi language
Strong understanding of financial products such as personal loans, Balance Transfer, Overdraft etc.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
