Customer Relationship Associate

• The Zoho CRM & Operations Coordinator will manage and streamline various tasks within Zoho CRM, ensuring smooth operations across sales, marketing, customer engagement, and data management. Key responsibilities include

• Email Template Creation: Develop and manage email templates for shows, jewellery collections, and company profiles, integrating content from relevant stakeholders.

• Data Entry: Input and maintain B2B and B2C data (visiting cards, sale bills, feedback forms) for domestic and international customers in Zoho CRM.

• Customer Engagement: Handle monthly birthday and anniversary calls or WhatsApp messages, confirm customer availability, and arrange for gifts like cakes.

• WhatsApp Bot Management: Create templates and broadcast messages to customers for engagement.

• Diary Work: Handle diary distribution, including data collection, verification, and label creation for both B2B and B2C customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and CRM management skills,                         ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
