Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and helpful Customer Support Representative to assist our customers. You’ll answer questions, solve problems, and ensure customers have a great experience with our company.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer questions via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information and solve issues.
• Follow up with customers to make sure their problems are solved.
• Keep records of customer interactions.
• Escalate problems to other teams when needed.
• Learn about our products or services to help customers better.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
work timing: 11.00 to 8.00 pm. (for office). Rotational shift and rotational weekly off
