Customer Relationship Associate

Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Relationship Associate for voice and sales processes. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and promote our products/services effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass and above

Age: 18 to 30 years.

Strong communication skills in English , Kannada , Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.

Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
