Customer Success Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to assist customers with life and health insurance-related queries and solutions.

• Educate potential customers on insurance products and services.

• Provide personalized insurance solutions based on customer needs.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Adapt to rotational shift schedules and maintain punctuality and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Graduate (mandatory)

• Fluent in English & Hindi

• Experience in insurance sales is a plus

• Freshers with strong communication skills encouraged

• Willing to work rotational shifts

• Must work from our Kharadi office in Pun
