• Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
• Manage large inbound calls.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Take an extra mile to engage customers.
• Excellent Communication in Hindi is mandatory.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Ability to multitask, prioritizes, and manages time effectively.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Proven customer support experience is an added advantage.
