We require Customer Support Executive (female) for a fast growing E-Commerce Company.

Job profile

Handle queries raised by customers over phone, email and chat
Understand requirements of customers and suggest suitable products offered by the organisation
Resolve complaints raised by the customers, at the earliest possible time

Requirements
0 to 5 years experience in Customer Support
Should be fluent in English and Tamil
Available to join immediately

Salary
Rs. 15,000 to Rs.21,000 (depending upon experience and skill set)

Location: Chennai - Guindy (10 am to 7 pm) - Cab not offered.
