Customer Support Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Support Representative to join our team. • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Support) to resolve complex customer concerns or issues.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by offering appropriate solutions and following up when necessary.

• Stay updated on product features, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
