Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Tin Factory, Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
1)Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
2)Understand customer issues accurately and provide appropriate solutions as per company guidelines
3)Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
4)Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary
5)Follow-up to ensure issues are resolved to customer satisfaction
6)Maintain call records and customer interaction data as per process requirements
Candidate Requirements
Education: PUC or Any Graduate
Experience: Graduate Freshers or PUC with minimum 6 months of Experienced Candidates welcome
Languages Required: Proficient in English + Hindi
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Immediate joiners preferred
Work Schedule: 6 days working, 1 rotational weekly off, No cab facility provided
Compensation:
For Freshers: ₹15,000 (In-Hand) + Up to 7 K Incentives | ₹18,000 CTC
For Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹22,000 (In-Hand) + 10 K Incentives | ₹23,000 CTC
