Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
Communications, or a related field.
Experience in handling customers.
