We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Spanish-Speaking Travel Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring excellent service and seamless experiences throughout their journey.
Communicate fluently in Spanish and English with clients via phone, email, and chat.
Plan, book, and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation.
Provide travel advice and recommendations based on client preferences and budgets.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and last-minute changes with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, visa regulations, and destination-specific requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Upsell travel packages and add-on services to enhance client experiences.
Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Prior experience in the travel industry or customer service is preferred.
Knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings at once.
