Inform customers about product & services
Handle inbound & outbound calls
Understand customer's need & solve queries

individuals to join our outbound voice process team. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who are eager to contribute to our dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during customer interactions.
Achieve daily and weekly call targets while ensuring high-quality service.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members to enhance performance and achieve team goals.

Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Graduates and undergraduates are welcome.
Excellent communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
CTC up to ₹18,000 per month. In hand 14,000
Work Schedule:
Morning shifts only.
6 days of work per week with 1 day off
