Customer care specialists at HGS are responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests around products as specified by the client. Using your knowledge of the products or services of the client as well as great customer service skills, you will address issues, provide support, and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business.

Duties and Responsibilities
Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
Determine requirements by working with customers
Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests

Experience Requirements
Fresher/1-2 year experience (customer service in banking or any field)
Skills and Abilities
Versant 3 or Svar equivalent
Basic Telephone etiquette and basic computer skills
Ability to write, read and speak English to suit business need
Ability to communicate in English, Hindi
Regional language proficiency as required
Decision-making, numerical ability & logical reasoning
