Role: Customer Support Executive

Location: IIT Bombay, Powai, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time

Analysis of Electricity consumption across all locations from Electricity Bills. By harnessing the power of real-time data analytics and intelligent insights, our energy saving algorithm helps in saving a minimum of 15% on Air Conditioner’s energy consumption. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Understand customer issues, provide accurate solutions, and guide them effectively.

  • Troubleshoot problems and escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns empathetically.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.

  • 6 months of experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

  • Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).

  • Knowledge of Malayalam, Telugu, or Tamil is a (preferred).
