We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring seamless communication, accurate record-keeping, and prompt coordination with internal departments to deliver patient-centric service.
Patient Handling & Enquiries:
Greet and assist patients with courtesy and empathy.
Handle patient inquiries regarding appointments, services, and procedures.
Guide patients through registration and OPD process.
Data Management:
Enter and update patient records accurately in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
Department Coordination:
Liaise with various support departments such as Billing, Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Medical Staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Communicate effectively to resolve patient issues or delays.
Customer Satisfaction:
Provide timely and effective service to ensure a positive patient experience.
Address and escalate patient feedback or concerns appropriately.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and listening skills
Proficiency in operating basic computer systems and software
Ability to stay calm and professional in a busy healthcare environment
Commitment to patient care and service excellence
Prior experience in a hospital or clinic setting is an advantage
Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS)
Customer-first attitude with problem-solving abilities
