We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent service delivery via phone, email, or chat support.
Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow up with customers when necessary
Meet performance targets (Quality, Accuracy, Customer Satisfaction)
Work collaboratively with other departments when needed
12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing)
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Prior BPO/call center experience preferred but not mandatory
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Day/Night)
